Reference number: 20062139 Deadline for receipt of complaints: 2025-04-14 The work consists of restoring the building envelope of the City of Côte Saint-Luc's Community and Aquatic Center located at 5794 Parkhaven Avenue. The purpose of the contract is to eliminate deficiencies affecting the building envelope, and to restore it to its useful life. The main elements covered by the contract are the roof parapets, the roof, the bottom of the exterior walls of the pool area, the waterproofing around all openings in the walls and roof, the replacement of the metal panels covering certain building façades, and various other elements.
