Site work for a water / sewer project in Ottawa, Ontario. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The proposed project is renovation to an existing classified waste room. This includes removing the existing disintegrator supplying and installing a new one as well as updates to the duct work accordingly. The project scope involves the reconfiguration and upgrade of approximately 220 m2 (2,368 sq.ft) of existing Classified Waste Disposal Area to accommodate the replacement of the document disintegrator, complete with ducting to loading dock disposal bin. The existing disintegrators is currently out of commission. The existing disposal bin is connected to an existing vacuum shaker that distributes the shredded material to create more space in the bin. There is another room within the space that contains an existing Hard Drive Disposal (HDD) unit. This unit will be NOT be replaced with as part of this project. The work will involve the removal of the existing disintegrator supply and installation of the new disintegrator and HDD unit.
