To offset AC utilities cost, design approximately a 48 KW Net Metering DC Solar PV Array. Enhancements to front entrance canopy area, including but not limited to accessible doors(new), lighting, freshen up of the bell area and bell. Renovations to learning commons to optimize utilization of space. example 2 classrooms and small library. Renovations to former change rooms to optimize utilization of spaces (occupied space). Upgrade, new BAS for whole school to UCDSB standard. Upgrade heating valves to modulating and work with new BAS. Reroof section of roof B not done in 2017. TIMELINE: An RFP for design has been awarded. The architect will provide architectural and consulting services including Design Development, assistance with Contract Documents & Tender development, and Construction & Contract Administration services. *Budget is unreleased.
