This Request for Tender (RFT) is an invitation from the Town of Smiths Falls to prospective Bidders to submit Tender for Contract No. 25-PW-002 George Street Reconstruction - Phase 2. Phase 2 of the George Street Reconstruction project covers 290 m of roadway, extending three residential blocks. The Work involves full replacement of water and sewer infrastructure, including private services to property lines and the expansion of a new storm collection system. Roadway upgrades with adjusted surface grading for better drainage and installation of concrete curbs and sidewalks meeting current accessibility standards. i. Earliest start date for Work under this contract is Tuesday June 3rd, 2025 ii. Substantially Perform the Work by Friday October 31st, 2025 iii.
