Scope of Work. Remove existing and install all new carpet and base. Remove existing and install new ceiling tiles. Modify wall framing, finish perimeter of new window opening and install gypsum board to walls where fiberglass panels were removed. Install new roll shade to window. Install new diffusers and ductwork. Remove existing light fixtures and replace with new fixtures. Install new communication rough-in and new wall box occupancy switch. Refer to the Drawings and Technical Specifications for complete scope of Work. Project Location. Iowa State University Campus: Science Hall 2237 Osborn Dr, Ames, IA 50011 On bids of $50,000 or less, Certified Targeted Small Businesses may provide a bond waiver from the Department of Inspections and Appeals. Any and all interpretations, corrections, revisions, and amendments shall be issued by the Owner to all holders of Bidding Documents in the form of written addenda. Except for addenda modifying the proposal due date or canceling the Bid, such addenda shall be issued so as to be received at least forty-eight (48) hours prior to the time set for receipt of bids.
