- Provide and install one (1) 3 Ton Dual Mitsubishi split system or approved equivalent. - Installation of two (2) deluxe wall-mounted indoor units: - K136: 18,000 BTU unit. - K141: 12,000 BTU unit. - Provide and install all necessary refrigerant piping and control wiring. - Install new fused disconnect switch and electrical whip for the outdoor unit. - Install condensate drains to be outside of building. - Install a wired controller in each room. - Evacuate system charge with factory charge, add refrigerant as needed, and check for proper operation.
