When the total overall project exceeds $29,653.00, all bidders must comply with the prevailing wage rates on Public Improvements in Hamilton County and the Village of Lincoln Heights, Ohio as ascertained and determined by the Administrator of the Ohio Bureau of Employment Services (OBES) as provided in Section 4115.05 through 4115.034 of the Revised Code of the State of Ohio. It is anticipated that the Prevailing Wage Law will apply to this project. The project consists of 3" pavement planning with spot full depth milling and replacement, 1.5" asphalt leveling course, and 1.5" asphalt surface course. Spot curb and sidewalk replacement, asphalt and concrete driveway apron removal and replacement, catch basin repair, and utility adjustments to grade.
