The scope of work for DB4 - Lift Station and Grit Facility includes: Complete construction of the Lift Station and Grit Facility, including all piers, excavations, structural concrete, odor control systems, process equipment, pumps, and miscellaneous metals. Construction of Electrical Building 12 at the Lift Station (electrical work excluded). Coordination and installation of all embedded and under-slab electrical conduits within the Lift Station and Grit Facility, including forming all required stub-outs and block-outs for future yard piping and civil packages. Installation of all wall penetrations and block-outs in accordance with the contract drawings. Execution of all associated earthwork, including trenching, dewatering, excavation support, backfill, and site preparation necessary to complete the scope. Coordination of yard piping tie-ins on the east side of the Lift Station. Startup and testing of the Lift Station, including all associated systems and equipment.
