The deadline to ask questions is 7/07/2025 2:00 PM CST Questions regarding this proposal can be posted online DB6 - Sitework, Yard Piping, Electrical, RAS/WAS, Aeration Basins & Clarifiers Completion Location: Doe Branch Water Reclamation Plant, 27200 E University Dr., Little Elm, TX 75068 Delivery Method: Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) DB6 is a pivotal work package within the Northeast Water Reclamation Expansion Project, encompassing the full-site civil, mechanical, and electrical scope required to bring the remaining treatment structures online. This package includes: Sitework: Grading, site drainage, access roads, and paving. Yard Piping & Electrical: Tie-ins to block-outs left by previous packages, specifically: DB3: Structural concrete for Aeration Basins & Secondary Clarifiers DB4: Lift Station & Grit Facility DB5: UV/Filter Building, Dewatering Building, Outfall Structure All process piping, conduit, ductbank & cable-tray routing, and terminations for power and controls. Process Buildings & Equipment: RAS/WAS building Blower building Plant electrical building Aeration Basins & Clarifiers: DB3 installed the structural concrete. DB6 will complete mechanical installations, equipment procurement, and all electrical connections to support final startup and commissioning. All interface locations and sequencing will be closely coordinated with the CMAR to ensure a seamless startup and commissioning process. Upon completion, DB6 will fully integrate these new treatment structures into the existing plant infrastructure.
