Renovation of a water / sewer project in Stafford, Virginia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.
Questions from Bidders must be received by April 24, 2025, at 2:00 PM local prevailing time. Questions must be emailed to procurement@staffordcountyva.gov. The subject line must include IFB #25056 Aquia and LFR WWTF Bioreactor Structural Rehabilitation or your question(s) may not be received and answered in a timely manner. SUMMARY OF WORK PART 1 GENERAL 1.01 WORK COVERED BY CONTRACT DOCUMENTS A. The completed Work will provide Owner with rehabilitation of the bioreactor tanks top of wall and includes concrete repair and surface preparation to install stainless steel plates at the top of tank walls; new reinforced expansion joints; and new railings (new railings at Little Falls Run WWTF only). B. Alternates: 1. Only those alternates that were selected by the Owner, as evidenced in the Agreement, are made a part of this Contract. 2. Alternates that were Bid are described in Section B – Bid Form. 1.02 WORK NOT COVERED BY CONTRACT DOCUMENTS A. None. 1.03 OWNER-FURNISHED PRODUCTS A. None. PART 2 PRODUCTS (NOT USED) PART 3 EXECUTION (NOT USED)
