SUMMARY OF WORK PART 1 GENERAL 1.01 WORK COVERED BY CONTRACT DOCUMENTS A. The completed Work will provide Owner with rehabilitation of the bioreactor tanks top of wall and includes concrete repair and surface preparation to install stainless steel plates at the top of tank walls; new reinforced expansion joints; and new railings (new railings at Little Falls Run WWTF only). B. Alternates: 1. Only those alternates that were selected by the Owner, as evidenced in the Agreement, are made a part of this Contract. 2.
