South Bend Community School Corporation-2025 Capital Improvements at: Darden Elementary, Dickinson Elementary, Edison Elementary & Washington Elementary. SCOPE A. Remove paving and curbs as required to accomplish new work. B. Remove all other paving and curbs within site boundaries. C. Remove other items indicated, for salvage, relocation, recycling, and removal . D. Fill excavations, open pits, and holes in ground areas generated as result of removals, using specified fill; compact fill as specified in Section 31-22-00. DESCRIPTION OF WORK A. The following specification is meant to be a general reference and guideline only for all equipment included within the scope of work of this project. All control work is to be performed by Automated Logic under a separate contract with the Owner. Automated Logic shall provide and install a fully operational Facility Management System that conforms to and meets current Fort Wayne Community Schools (FWCS) standards and requirements. If a conflict occurs between current FWCS standard and the following specification sections, FWCS standards shall take precedence. B. All control dampers, actuators, and wiring are work of this section. C. Work Included: It is the intent of this specification for the building automation system to be a total Electronic Direct Digital Control (DDC) System, installed as a complete package by the temperature controls contractor. The system shall include all computer software and hardware, controllers, sensors, transmission equipment, system workstations, local panels, installation, engineering, supervision, commissioning, acceptance testing, training, warranty service.
