Secure job site. Install erosion control and pedestrian fencing as required. Reconstruction of four (4) separate retention areas per the original construction plans prepared by G. F. Young, Inc. for the following locations: 190th Avenue Beach Access; 197th Avenue Beach Access; 198th Avenue Beach Access;199th Avenue Beach Access; Remove excess sand, debris, dirt, gravel, and grass from the retention areas. Re-establish the retention pond's location, top of bank elevation and the pond's bottom elevation. Haul off excess sand and spoils. Sod ponds and replant Sea Oats as noted on the plans. Contractor to provide asbuilt survey of each retention area for the Engineer's review and approval.
