The Project consists of Miscellaneous Sanitary Sewer Lift Station Rehabilitation which consists of maintenance; rehabilitation and repair of sanitary sewer lift stations and associated infrastructure by use of any of the various items listed in the bid form, as determined by the City. The work may include, but not be limited to, the replacement of pumps piping, valves, access hatches, concrete structures, control panels, and the installation of stand-by generators. The City reserves the right to award separate contracts for the various rehabilitation methods. The decision on which method will be used in any given situation will be made at the sole discretion of the City. The repairs assigned to the Contractor may require prioritization by the City. The Owner may order the Contractor to complete the awarded work in accordance with a specific chronological sequence. M/WBE's are encouraged to participate in the bid process.
