Sealed proposals will be received for the following: 1. 1,500 tons, more or less, #8 limestone with less than 1% washout 2. 800 tons, more or less, #57 limestone 3. 100 tons, more or less, #3 limestone 4. 500 tons, more or less, #67 limestone 5. 3,000 tons, more or less, 2A limestone 6. 300 tons, more or less, anti-skid, AS1 or AS3 7. 1,000 gallons, more or less, E-1 Prime delivered and applied 8. 10,000 gallons, more or less, CMS-2 delivered and applied 9. 10,000 gallons, more or less, CRS-2 delivered and applied 10. 200 feet, more or less, 24" solid smooth board plastic pipe with bands 11. 100 feet, more or less, 18" solid smooth board plastic pipe with bands 12. 200 feet, more or less, 15" solid smooth board plastic pipe with bands Delivered prices for stone only. Bid proposals must be upon forms furnished by the municipality. No bid bond required. The municipality reserves the right to reject any or all bids. Stone must be delivered within 7 days from notification and must be state approved aggregate according to Bulletin 15. A C-4171 Material Certification form from the supplier should be provided to the municipality by the successful bidder for each type of aggregate received every day shipments are made. Pipe is to be delivered at the Road master's request.
