San Diego State University ("University") is seeking qualified General Contractors holding an active Contractors State License Board (CLSB) B license, General Building Contractor, to perform various minor capital projects and jobs as needed at Snapdragon Stadium located on 2101 Stadium Wy, San Diego, CA 92108. The University shall establish a shortlist of up to three (3) qualified contractors for potential minor capital projects in the coming calendar 2025 year. The agreement(s) awarded under this advertisement will have a minimum total contract value of $0.00 and a maximum total contract value of $1,103,000.00. The term of the contract will be twelve (12) months, unless the maximum value of the contract is achieved prior to the completion of the contract term. o Last Day to Submit Questions for Clarification (2:00 p.m. PDT) April 21, 2025
