Renovation of a municipal facility in Albany, New York. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
Replace Fire Alarm System, Building 17 - Electrical. MBE Goal: 15% WBE Goal: 15% SDVOB Goal: 3% The substantial completion date for this project is 245 days after the Agreement is approved by the Comptroller. Each bid must be prepared and submitted in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders and must be accompanied by a bid security (i.e. certified check, bank check, or bid bond in the amount of $22,000 for E). All successful bidders will be required to furnish a Performance Bond and a Labor and Material Bond pursuant to Sections 136 and 137 of the State Finance Law, each for 100% of the amount of the Contract estimated to be between $250,000 and $500,000 for E. The Office of General Services reserves the right to reject any or all bids. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. Site visit description: Prospective bidders are urged, but not mandated, to visit the site at this time. Prospective bidders or their representatives attending the pre-bid site visit will not be admitted on facility grounds without proper photo identification. Note that parking restrictions and security provisions will apply, and all vehicles will be subject to search.
