Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Eau Claire, Wisconsin. Conceptual plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
Shared-Use path connecting existing pathway at River Prairie Drive north to existing pathway at STH 312 - Survey services - Geotechnical Services - 6 borings @ 10' depth (retaining wall and fill locations) - Section 106 - Preliminary and final design services - 30%, 60%, & 90% plan design - Storm water layout and design options to meet drainage needs (raise pathway to drain, area inlets, drain tile where needed) - Retaining walls are expected in three locations along project limits - Real Estate Services - Title searches and TLE's will be needed along project limits for temporary grading needs. All improvements need to be made with in the existing right of way. - TPP for TLE and fee for pedestrian ramps where needed - Utility Coordination - Preliminary and final engineers estimate. Proposals will be evaluated using a qualification-based ranking method according to the criteria stated in the RFP. Eau Claire County reserves the right to terminate the selection process at any time and reject any or all offers. The County shall not be liable for any pre-contract costs incurred by interested firms participating in the selection process. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
