Description: The Hamilton County School District School Nutrition Program is seeking qualified vendors to provide and install commercial level equipment as outlined in the Bid documents Contract Period: the initial contract bid period ends on June 30, 2025. Vendor clarifications, comments and questions April 15, 2025 4:30pm. Rights of Owner - The Hamilton County Board of Education reserves the right to reject any or all bids or any part thereof, to waive technicalities and informalities, and to award a contract to other than the low bidder. The right is reserved to reduce or increase the quantity of any item; and to award contract by item number, or group of items. Price, quality, and suitability will be considered in awarding bids. Samples to be submitted by the bidder upon request.
