Hamilton County Schools (HCS) seeks to contract with a qualified, experienced, and professional Vendor to provide a variety of HVAC equipment (Inverter Scroll Heat Pump Chillers) to the following schools: Hixson High School, Ooltewah High School, Snow Hill Elementary, Big Ridge Elementary, and Thrasher Elementary. The Hamilton County Board of Education reserves the right to reject any or all bids or any part thereof, to waive technicalities and informalities, and to award a contract to other than the low bidder. The right is reserved to reduce or increase the quantity of any item; and to award contract by item number, or group of items. Price, quality, and suitability will be considered in awarding bids. Samples to be submitted by the bidder upon request. The Vendor shall be responsible for furnishing, delivery, and training to the HCS requesting Departments(s) the commodity or services described herein within a maximum of 15-20 weeks from issuance of Purchase Order. The Contract Period is expected to begin 10 to 12 weeks or soon thereafter.
