The Project to be bid on is as follows: The project includes providing construction supervision, labor, materials, tools, testequipment, and other activities necessary for the Big Ridge No. 2 Pump Station Improvements. The proposed project will include the construction of approximately 120 LF of 10-inch Ductile Iron Pipe (DIP),a sanitary sewer manhole structure, two new submersible pumps, new valves on the existing sanitary sewer downstream,rehabilitation protective coating to the wet well, new canopy, and electrical systems coordination. Bypassing during construction is expected. The pump station is located near the intersection of Gann Store Road and Lake Resort Drive, consisting of a wet well and valve structure, pumps and controls, electrical, site work, and a 10-inch DIP discharge pipeline. The Project allotted time for construction is: 251 Days Each Bid must be accompanied by a Bid Bond, prepared on the form of Bid Bond attached to the Contract Documents or a Surety Company's Standard Bid Bond,duly executed by the Bidder as principal and having as surety thereon a surety company licensed to do business in the State of Tennessee and listed as a certified company in the latest issue of U.S. Treasury Circular 570, in the amount of five per-cent of the Bid. No bid may be withdrawn within 120 calendar days after the scheduled time for re-ceipt of bids.
