Patching: Saw cut and excavate approximately 210 SY of deteriorated blacktop to a depth of 2.5" and replace with 2.5" 19mm base hot mix. Milling: Mill a paving joint along the roadway, and anywhere else needed to achieve a smooth depth tie-in.
