Site work for a development in Salisbury, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a development.
This contract includes, but is not limited to, furnishing all materials, equipment, supplies, and labor necessary to install 270 feet of R-8 riprap along Piney Creek at specified coordinates. There is no physical address at the site. All bidders are required to attend a mandatory pre-bid meeting. Bids must be submitted on the forms provided in the bid package and must be unconditionally submitted. Envelopes containing bids shall be clearly marked with the project name and the words 'Sealed Bid.' Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Rates apply, and the successful bidder must comply with Pennsylvania Human Relations Commission regulations and all Federal, State, and local regulations prohibiting discrimination in hiring and employment. Award will be made to the lowest responsible and responsive bidder. The Borough reserves the right to reject any or all bids, waive any informality, or take any other action deemed in the best interest of the Borough. Bids may be held for up to 45 days for review and investigation of bidder qualifications prior to award.
