Reference Number 0000382840 The City is requesting professional services proposals for sanitary sewer CCTV and condition assessment for approximately 59,756 linear feet of sanitary sewer pipes ranging in diameter from 10 inches to 12 inches, and associated manholes. The City is requesting professional services proposals for sanitary sewer closed circuit television video ("CCTV") and condition assessment for approximately 59,756 linear feet of sanitary sewer pipes ranging in diameter from 10 inches to 12 inches, and associated manholes (approximately 320) within City limits. The City has over 128 miles of sanitary sewer mains, trunklines and interceptor, ranging in size from 6 inches in diameter to 66 inches in diameter, and over 3,200 sanitary manholes. Video inspection of the entire system was completed in 2018. To effectively maintain this infrastructure and respond to emergency sewer issues, the Contractor shall provide sewer inspection of only the lines that are 10 inches to 12 inches in diameter. The Contractor shall perform inspection of the City's lines via CCTV in National Association of Sewer Service Companies ("NASSCO") PACP format, and shall evaluate the associated manholes on these lines in NASSCO MACP Level 2 format. The Contractor shall perform work in accordance with Attachment C, Specifications & Guidelines. Work shall be completed within nine (9) months of Notice to Proceed from the City.
