Renovation of a mixed-use development in Aurora, Illinois. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
The Project consists replacing the fire panels and some devices at 5 of the locations and the addition of areas of rescue on the existing panel in one location. The contractor is required to purchase and install all Fire Alarm Panels, components, cabling, conduit, programming, and removal of the existing panels. Bid security, in the form of a bid bond, cashier's check or certified check, in an amount equal to ten percent (10%) of the Base Bid shall be submitted with the bid. A Certificate of Insurance, Performance and Labor and Material Payment Bonds, will be required from the successful bidder. The Board of Education of Indian Prairie School District 204 reserves the right to reject any and all bids or parts thereof, to waive any irregularities or informalities in bidding procedures and to award the contract in a manner best serving the interest of the Owner.
