Renovation of a residential development in Lubbock, Texas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a residential development.

The City of Lubbock, Community Development is seeking bids from qualified vendors for a minor rehabilitation to a single family residential home repair/remodel. Contact Information: Ed Radeke, eradeke@mylubbock.us all materials shall be installed in a workmanlike manner. all preperation and installation processess shall be per manufacturer's specifications. wet scrape area to be painted, including but not limited to; siding, windows, doors, and trim. use drop cloths, plastic or other covering to protect soil or other floors / grounds. clean up all paint chips and dispose of in code legal dump. licensed contractor and/or licensed subcontractor must be registered with the city of lubbock. licensed contractor and/or licensed subcontractor is responsible for applying all current city of lubbock ordinances and code requirements, applicible to this scope of work. this information can be found on the city of lubbock website for building safety department, ordinances and codes. licensed contractor and/or licensed subcontractor is responsible for obtaining and submitting all required city of lubbock permits and fees paid, applicable to this scope of work. the general contractor must notify and provide a copy to the community development housing inspector of each issued permit and permit final approval. attached is a copy of the "summary notice of lead-based paint inspection and risk assessment" dated, june 10, 2020. lead-based paint hazard was found over the hud allowable levels. see report for additional information. homeowner: marilyn haskins address: 1720 e auburn st lubbock, tx 79403 interior and exterior painting safe work practices rehabilitation - work all materials shall be in good usable condition and shall be graded standard unless
