Separate sealed bids for the Hal Neiman Parking Lot Expansion Phase 2 project, located on the campus of The University of Oklahoma Norman in Norman, Oklahoma. Bidders must submit each bid electronically following the instruction online and must deposit with each bid, security in the amount and form and subject to all conditions provided for in the Instructions to Bidders. Question Deadline 04/17/2025 Questions or inquiries shall be made to Ryan Swain of Parkhill: (405) 253-7593 or rswain@parkhill.com. No questions shall be accepted after this date. Addendum cut-off date is: April 21, 2025. No Addendums will be issued past this date. In accordance with state law, bidders must also submit with each bid, an affidavit disclosing certain business affiliations and a noncollusion affidavit. A list of major subcontractors shall be submitted as stated in paragraph 2.e. of Instructions to Bidders. Attention of bidders is particularly called to the following: (1) that no bidder may withdraw his proposal within sixty (60) days after the actual date of the opening thereof; and (2) that it is mandatory that all bidders visit the site before submission of a bid The Board of Regents of The University of Oklahoma expressly reserves the right to waive any formalities and to reject any or all bids.
