Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Norman, Oklahoma. Completed plans call for site work for a bridge / tunnel; for paving for a bridge / tunnel; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
The project consists of making crack and joint repairs inside the existing triple cell RCB, reconstructing concrete pavements, and rebuilding sidewalks and pedestrian rails on Main Street over Merkle Creek in Norman, Oklahoma. Each Bid must be accompanied by an original executed Bidding Documents contained within the Contract Documents and a Certified or Cashier's Check or Bidder's Surety Bond, in the sum of five percent (5%) of the amount of the total bid. Said Surety Bond will be retained as liquidated damages in the even the successful bidder fails, neglects, or refuses to enter into said contract for the construction ofsaid public improvements for said project, and furnish the necessary Performance, Statutory, and Maintenance Bonds within ten (10) days from and after the date the award is made. Questions related to this contract will be answered Bidders are expected to inspect the site of the work and to inform themselves regarding all local conditions.
