Renovation of a fitness / recreation center in Streamwood, Illinois. Completed plans call for the renovation of a fitness / recreation center.
The project scope includes, but is not limited to, the following: select interior demolition and replacement of the existing Family Changing Area Lockers and Shower Partitions as well as Men Locker Room Shower and Toilet Partitions at Park Place Family Recreation Center, located within the main pool area. The Streamwood Park District encourages minority business firms to submit bids on this project and the successful contract bidder to utilize minority businesses as sub-contractors for supplies, equipment, services, and construction. The Park District reserves the right to waive all technicalities, to accept or reject any or all bids, to accept only portions of a bid and reject the remainder.
