This Project Consists of Water Intrusion Repairs to Resolve Water Intrusion Thru the Masonry, Sealant Joints, Interface Conditions, Wall Fenestrations, Sub-grade Waterproofing, Cmu Cleaning & Damp Proofing, and Other Various Conditions. A Cashiers Check or Bid Bond Payable to Oxford City Schools in an Amount Not Less Than Five (5) Percent of the Amount of the Bid, but in No Event More Than $10,000, Must Accompany the Bidders Proposal. Performance and Payment Bonds and Evidence of Insurance Required in the Bid Documents Will Be Required at the Signing of the Contract. Pre-qualification Procedure: Only General Contractors, Waterproofing Sub-contractors, and Masonry Subcontractors Who Have Been Approved to Bid Pursuant to Pre-qualification Procedures and Criteria Established by the Owner Will Be Eligible to Bid This Project.
