Oxford Elementary School - Playground Design, Surfacing and Installation The bidder shall provide a proposal for the equipment as stated in the Specifications and Descriptions. Oxford City Schools (OCS) is issuing this bid for the design, provision, surfacing and installation of playground equipment at Oxford Elementary School. This project is subject to finite funding, approximately $120,000.00, and is contingent upon the availability of financial resources. Oxford City Schools reserves the right to terminate the contract, in whole or in part, at any time, if sufficient funds are not available to meet the project requirements. In the event of such termination, the contractor will be compensated only for services and deliverables completed and accepted up to the date of termination, subject to the maximum limit of the allocated budget. Oxford City Schools reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive informalities in awarding this bid to the lowest responsive bidder. Bidders are to state that bids submitted are firm and that no claims for errors will be made after bids are opened and subsequent thereof.
