Sealed proposals will be received for the EASTABOGA FISH HATCHERY - OFFICE BUILDING in Eastaboga, Alabama. A cashier's check or bid bond payable to Wildlife & Freshwater Fisheries Division in an amount not less than five (5) percent of the amount of the bid, but not more than $10,000, must accompany the bidder's proposal. Performance and Payment Bonds and evidence of insurance as required in the bid documents will be required at the signing of the Contract. Drawings and specifications may be examined at the office of JMR+H Architecture, PC. Bid Documents can be obtained from the Architect via digital access for a one-time administrative fee, and/or by deposit for physical sets, refundable under certain conditions. Partial sets are not available. Bids must be submitted on proposal forms furnished by the Architect (Engineer) or copies thereof. Bidders exceeding limits established by the State Licensing Board for General Contractors must be licensed, with current license number displayed on the proposal envelope. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to waive technical errors if deemed in the Owner's best interest. Question Deadline 03/24/2026 Any questions shall be referred to the Architect/Engineer at least seven (7) working days prior to the bid date to allow clarification by addendum. After seven days prior to bidding, the bidder shall make his own decision and, if necessary, qualify his bid.
