Campus consists of the Main, Annex and Branch buildings. As part of this project, construction will be executed at the Main and Branch Buildings. The base scope includes removal and replacement of inset lockers in the Main (old) Building hallways, at East and North wings. No lockers replacement is required in the newer South wing (Annex). Second part of the base scope includes removal and replacement of the existing hazardous VCT tiles in the hallways of the single-story Branch Building, located across the 79 th St. Refer to next page for a more detailed description of the base scope. There are no alternates for this project. Refer to Environmental Reports and two Design Manuals provided by TEM Inc. for abatement work to be performed by licensed subcontractor. GC must work with the abatement subcontractor to adhere to the small-scale disturbance requirements for locker removal work in the Main Building.
