Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in York, Maine. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; bridge / tunnel; water / sewer project; road / highway; and road / highway.
**As of June 30, 2025, this project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for the award has not yet been established.** This project will entail: Resurfacing approximately one mile of trail-tread an average of 2" to restore appropriate sloping with appropriate material, re-open and increase uphill ditching to better direct stormwater, upsizing and installing higher capacity drainage structures, re-decking bridges and a circular viewing platform, installing trail structures to reduce erosion at intersections, reestablishing ADA connections to new parking areas, Mobilization/Demobilization. Project substantial completion: May 31, 2026, barring any mutually agreed extensions due to non conducive weather.
