The Project includes the following Work The Project is generally described as a sewer collection system expansion and pump station for Donica Road and surrounding commercial properties along Route 1, and all materials, equipment, services, and construction inherent to the Work. The Donica Road Sewer Expansion Project is Generally Described as a Sewer Collection System Expansion and Pump Station for Donica Road and Surrounding Commercial Properties Along Route 1. The Project Generally Includes, but is Not Limited to, Installation of Gravity Sewer and Force Main Piping, Structures, Service Laterals, a Sewer Pump Station, and All Materials, Equipment, Services, and Construction Inherent to the Work. The Work Shall Be Substantially Complete by October 16, 2026, and Ready for Final Completion by November 15, 2026. This Project is to Be Funded in Part With Monies Made Available Through an Epa Community Grant and Compliance With Certain Federal Provisions is Required. This Contract is Also to Be Funded in Part by the State of Maine Department of Environmental Protection (Dep) Clean Water State Revolving Loan Fund (Cwsrf) Program. Any Person Interested in Bidding on This Contract Should Thoroughly Familiarize Themselves With the Epa Community Grant and Cwsrf Program Requirements. Failure to Comply With Any of These Conditions May Result in the Bidder Being Determined Non-responsive and Therefore, Not Entitled to the Award of This Contract. See Bidding Documents for Full Requirements. The Resulting Contract for the Project is Specifically Subject to the Laws of the State of Maine (Revised Statutes Annotated). Federal Minimum Wage Rates as Determined by the United States Department of Labor Under the Davis-bacon Act Also Apply to This Project.
