Renovation of an educational facility in Kalispell, Montana. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
All Bids must be submitted on the Bid Form found in the Specifications and signed by an officer or a person duly authorized to sign Bids. All Bids shall be valid for a period of 60 days after the bid date. All Bids must include a Bid Security of ten percent (10%) of the maximum Bid price in the form of a cashier's check, certified check, bank money order, bank draft or Bid Bond payable to Kalispell Public Schools, executed by an acceptable surety. A one-hundred percent (100%) Performance Bond and a separate Payment Bond will be required upon award of the contract. Kalispell Public Schools reserves the right to reject any or all Bids and combination of Bids, to waive formalities, and to accept the Bids deemed most advantageous to them. Late Bids will not be opened. Kalispell Public Schools - Business Services Office 233 1st Avenue East Kalispell, MT 59901 The project consists of replacing hot water unit ventilators and upgrading HVAC controls throughout the building.
