Sarasota County intends to award a sole source procurement with Alpha General Services, LLC for the provision of Alpha General Services, LLC manufactured products. In the event respondents demonstrate the ability to supply the same or substantially similar products and/or services, the County may, in its sole discretion, elect to cancel this sole source and advertise a competitive solicitation. The County is not interested in responses from respondents not authorized by Alpha General Services, LLC to sell these products/services to the County. Per correspondence from Alpha General Services LLC, dated March 25, 2025, Alpha General Services LLC is the only manufacturer that manufactures and distributes Alpha General Services LLC products for use in low pressure sewer systems. In addition, Alpha General Services LLC is the sole distributor and does not use any outside distributors for any of their products. Any vendor who believes they can provide the goods and/or services described in the attached sole source documentation should respond to this ISS by the date specified. To be considered, vendors must complete the attached Intent to Sole Source Response form (under "documents") and respond to this solicitation by clicking "place offer". If applicable, upload documentation to support your position. Question Deadline 04/09/2025 at 3:00 PM ET. No delays in shipment of material or rendition of services will be permitted except as authorized by the County in writing. The County reserves the right to reject receipt of shipment and cancel this Purchase Order if Vendor is unable to provide delivery as required. This Purchase Order and the rights and obligations of the County and Vendor shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law principles. The exclusive venue for any legal or judicial proceedings in connection with the enforcement or interpretation of this Purchase Order shall be in the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in Sarasota County, Florida. County and Vendor hereby waive any right to trial by jury for disputes arising out of this Purchase Order.
