Site work for a water / sewer project in White Cloud, Michigan. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Replacement of approximately 364 lead service lines throughout the City. Work includes replacement of service lines from the main to the curb stop and box and/or from the curb stop and box into the buildings including associated restoration. Directional drilling is required in most locations for service line replacement. Approximately 219 of the service line replacements include replacement of meter pits. Attention is called to the Project being funded by the State Revolving Fund and must adhere to the requirements for non-equivalency projects. Bidders should note the requirements from EGLE included in this project and shall abide by the Federal Wage Rate Determination which is referred to or contained in the Project Manual. Instructions regarding forms/information are contained in this language and must be carefully reviewed, completed, and included with any submitted Bid. Question Deadline 04/28/2025 All questions about the meaning or intent of the Contract Documents shall be submitted to ENGINEER in writing
