Site work for a playground / park / athletic field in White Cloud, Michigan. Completed plans call for site work for a one-story above grade playground / park / athletic field.
The City of White Cloud is requesting bids for the construction of Smith Park Improvements. Phase 1 improvements include enhancing the existing parking location on E. James St., adding new parking locations on S. State St. and E. Newell St. (including ADA-accessible parking), installing ADA-accessible walks, site lighting, a dog park, site furniture, and bicycle loops. Bidders must request the bidding documents from the designated issuing office. For all further requirements regarding bid submittal, qualifications, procedures, and contract award, refer to the Instructions to Bidders included in the bidding documents. For bid evaluation criteria, refer to section 18 of the Instructions to Bidders. The City of White Cloud reserves the right to accept any bid, reject any or all bids, to waive informalities and make the award in any manner deemed in the best interest of the City.
