Reference number: 20062841 Deadline for receipt of complaints: 2025-04-22 Construction work relating to the partial interior renovation of units and common areas within the building complex. By no means exhaustive, the planned work includes the refurbishment of units 103, 203, 205 and 206, carried out two at a time, starting with units 205 and 206. Each unit will undergo a complete renovation, including installation of an individual air exchanger (with adjustment of outlets and addition of outside air intakes), plumbing and electrical work, replacement of doors, frames and hardware, as well as patching, plastering and painting. Bathrooms, kitchen furniture and floor finishes will also be completely redone. Work will also cover interior common areas, including the vestibule, staircases, community room, corridors, storage spaces, laundry room, powder room, janitorial room and mechanical room. These spaces will see the addition of an air exchanger (with modification of exterior air outlets and intakes), targeted plumbing and electrical work, replacement of doors, frames and hardware, and upgrading of interior finishes (patching, plaster, paint). One-off interventions are planned for the shower room and floor coverings. Finally, the stairwells will be renovated, including painting of steel structures, installation of new ceramics, replacement of handrails and finishing of walls. The aim of the work is to improve the health, comfort and energy performance of the premises, while ensuring the sustainability of the interventions. Work must be completed by December 1, 2025.
