Selective Demolition of Buildings and Removal of Materials at Various Sites within the Kern High School District. Liquidated Damages $1,000 per calendar day. Bid Bond 10.00% Payment Bond 100.00% Performance Bond 100.00% A Payment Bond and Performance Bond for contracts over $25,000 will be required prior to commencement of work. These bonds shall be in the amounts and form called for in the Contract Documents. This project is anticipated to start on approximately May 1,2025, and is anticipated to have a duration of three hundred sixty-five (365) calendar days for completion.
