The Contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, materials, permits and fees necessary for the Roll Up Door Repair - Bakersfield Gateway Armory located at Bakersfield Gateway Armory, 2800 Gateway Avenue, Bakersfield, CA 93307. Work to include: The Contractor shall furnish and install all material and labor to restore full functionality to the malfunctioning roll-up door system by diagnosing and repairing both the motor and the manual override mechanism. All work will adhere to manufacturer specifications. All work shall be in accordance with the terms, conditions, and requirements of this Invitation for Bid (IFB). Bidders who do not remain for the entire pre-bid job walk will be considered non-responsive and will not be allowed to bid on this project. The prime contractor MUST possess a type D-28 - Doors, Gates and Activating Devices license, or subcontract to one.
