The City of Woburn is seeking proposals from qualified consultants to update its Housing Production Plan (HPP). Woburn's previous HPP was approved in 2016 and expired in 2021. While the city remains in safe harbor and has consistently exceeded the 10% threshold for affordable housing, Woburn values the HPP framework as a strategic planning tool. The updated plan will provide a comprehensive housing needs assessment, updated goals, and implementation strategies that align with state regulations and local priorities.
