Site work and asbestos abatement for a civil project in Lansdale, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
This project generally involves the replacement of approximately 1,012 LF of 18-inch asbestos cement pipe (ACP) with new 18-inch ductile iron pipe (DIP) sanitary sewer interceptor within the Township's Skippack Creek Interceptor (SCI) from MH 500 to 503.1. The contract also includes reconnection of laterals, testing, bypass pumping, clearing, grubbing, demolition of an abandoned pump station, and restoration within the project area. Additionally, the contract includes the installation of one (1) new doghouse manhole and 109 LF of 18-inch cured-in-place pipe (CIPP) lining between the proposed doghouse manhole and an existing manhole.
