This project will install a new comfort station facility near hole 6. Facilities along with Braemar staff identified an area in the front 9 portion of the golf course where a much-needed comfort station could be easily located. The amount included in the CIP is meant to be a match to funding from the Golf Course The project is included in the city's 2025-2030 Capital Improvement Program (CIP). As of April 10, 2025, per owner, project is currently in 60% CD design phase and nearing 90% by April 17, 2025. Engineering/design firm has been identified. They are looking to have construction documents out for bid in the next couple of weeks. They are only bidding out Civil underground, concrete, framing, and roofing. The remaining construction their staff will complete. *Project information has been obtained through a public capital improvement plan (CIP).
