Mt. San Antonio College is inviting Consultants to submit a Proposal for Professional Consultant Services to provide various services on an "as needed" basis estimated for the period July 2025 through July 2026. Once an agreement is executed, the College may extend the on-call services for up to four additional one-year contract time extensions. The consultant shall provide comprehensive civil engineering design services to support new construction, renovation, and utility infrastructure projects. Services shall be delivered on an "on-call" or "as-needed" basis, tailored to the specific requirements of each project. The initial term of the contract will be for five (5) years and will automatically renew for up to NO VALUE additional one-year periods, not to exceed a total of Five (5) years. Question Deadline 04/29/2025 at 2:00 PM PT Question Response Deadline: May 13, 2025, 2:00pm. Questions and inquiries concerning this RFQ must be made in writing and submitted via electronically. Recommendation for Award:July 30, 2025 Contract to Start: :September 1, 2025 The College may reject any or all proposals and may waive informalities and minor irregularities in any proposal received. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
