Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Jersey City, New Jersey. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
Bidder shall submit with the bid a certified check, cashier's check or bid bond in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the total price bid, but not in excess of $20,000, payable unconditionally to the City e work generally consists of the installation of two below grades concrete vaults (one on Newark Street and Harrison Street and the other on Henderson Street near Observer Highway) including pressure control valves, flow meters, piping, isolation valves, electrical services, instrumentation, control system, and associated appurtenances, and includes restoration of pavement, striping, curbs, and sidewalks as needed The Successful Bidder must furnish a 100 percent Performance Bond and a 100 percent Payment Bond with a surety company acceptable to the Owner. The Successful Bidder must furnish the Performance and Payment Bonds with a surety company licensed in the State of New Jersey, and in compliance
