Commu nity High School District 117 is accept ingsealed bids for 2026 Rooftop Unit Replace ment atLakes Commu nity High School. The scope of workmainly consists of replac ing 8 rooftop units andmiscel la neous exhaust fans. Two (2) copies of your bid proposal and the prod uctsubmit tals must be submit ted on the "Bid Form" withtwo (2) copies of all form attach ments. Bid secu rity inthe form of a bid bond, certi fied check or cashier'scheck in an amount equal to ten percent (10%) of theBase Bid shall be submit ted with the bid. Performance, Labor and Mate r ial Payment Bonds andCertifi cate of Insur ance will be required from thesuccess ful Bidder.
