Renovation of a municipal facility in Lake Villa, Illinois. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
Project Consists of an Interior Renovation of Existing Office Support Spaces Into Additional Administrative Office Space as Well as Other Indicated in the Contract Documents Bid Security is Required in the Form of a Bid Bond, Aia Document A310-2010 in an Amount Equal to Not Less Then Ten Percent (10%) of the Base Bid and All Additive Alternates Time of Completion Successful Bidder Shall Begin the Work on Receipt of the Notice of Award and Shall Complete the Work Within the Contract Time. Bidder's Qualifications Bidders Must Be Properly Licensed Under the Laws Governing Their Respective Trades and Be Able to Obtain Surance and Bonds Required for the Work the Successful Bidder Will Be Required to Furnish a Performance Bond and a Payment Bond, in the Amount of One Hundred Percent (100%) of the Contract Sum, on Ala Document A312-2010, as Issued by the American Institute of Architects C Bidders Must Be Experienced as Defined in Section 014000 "Quality Requirements" It is the Owner's Intent to Issue a Notice of Award to the Successful Bidder Within Thirty (30) Calendar Days of the Bid Dete. No Bid Shall Be Withdrawn for a Period of Sixty (80) Calendar Days After the Opening of Bids Owner Reserves the Right to Reject Any and All Bids and to Waive Informalities and Irregularities
