This Project Requires the Services of a Construction Contractor to Dismantle, Demolish and Remove the Two Existing Circular Culverts, 36 & 48 Metal Pipe and All Associated Supporting Rock at the Location Where Sutton Creek Crosses Under South Beach Road, a Tributary of Neskowin Creek, in a Private. The Removal of Existing Facilities, the Contractor Shall Install Two Concrete Bridges, Lengths of 17' and 23', to the Design and Specifications Provided Herein. The Work Consists of, but It Not Limited to, the Following Items: Excavate Road Surface, Dismantle, Demolish, and Remove Existing Circular Metal Culverts and Dispose of It at a Legal Site, New Bridge Installation, Install Stream Bed Material, and Install Temporary Erosion Control Measures Including Spreading Weed-free Straw and a Sterile Grass Seed to Protect Any Areas of Bare Soil. The Contractor Will Be Required to Comply With Dewatering, Erosion, and Sediment Control Measures Throughout the Duration of the Project to Meet Permit Requirements. The Contractor Shall Provide All Labor, Equipment, Supplies, and Materials (Except for the Bridge Beams) Required to Complete Construction of the Bridge. Construction Contractors Can Expect to Work Closely With the Engineer, Tpud, Nnslwc Staff, Trout Unlimited Staff and the Oregon Department of Fish and Wildlife Staff.
